  You'll find it hard to get a appointment, if you dont start phoning in at 8.30, dont bother. If you get though after 4 hours trying to only find theres no appointments left, so you have to start again the next day... I find unless you is on deaths door getting a appointment is a waste of time, you might as well use Dr google and take a load paracetamol, when you do get to see a Dr depends on who you see, they wont take you serious and send you away with some other name for pacacetamol and get you to buy it for £8 plus at boots even though you can get it for pennies off the shelf without a Dr prescription. Use only in a total emergency if you can get though otherwise you might as well use Dr google and do things yourself. Nhs at its best....
